Privacy Policy

Sport You X Sport · Last updated: June 24, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how the Sport You X Sport mobile application (the “App”) handles your information. We designed the App to respect your privacy: everything you create or save stays on your device. We do not operate accounts, servers, or analytics for the App.

Short version: The App does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal data. All of your information lives only on your device and never leaves it through us.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect personal information. The App has no sign-up, no login, and no backend service operated by us. We do not gather analytics, advertising identifiers, location data, or usage tracking.

2. Information Stored Only on Your Device

To provide its features, the App saves the following data locally on your device, using Apple’s standard on-device storage. This data is never uploaded to us or any third party:

You can change or remove this information at any time inside the App, or delete it entirely by deleting the App from your device.

3. Camera and Photo Library

The App can ask permission to use your camera or photo library solely so you can set a profile picture. A selected or captured image is stored only on your device as your avatar. We do not access, upload, or share your camera or photos for any other purpose. You can deny or revoke these permissions at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security on your device.

4. Web Content Links

The App may display third-party web pages (for example, sports news or external links). When you open such content, it is delivered directly by the relevant website, whose own privacy practices apply. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party sites.

5. Children’s Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children. Because no data is transmitted to us, no personal information about children is gathered.

6. Data Security

Since your data stays on your device, its security is protected by your device’s built-in safeguards (such as your passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID). We recommend keeping your device software up to date and protected with a passcode.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
